Objective: Next Level Training
Strength, power, speed and agility, injury prevention and recovery. Provides 24 to 36 weeks of periodized programming with three to four sessions per week, with all session supervised by CPC EDGE Coaches.
Objective: Off-season Training
Provides 8 to 12 weeks of periodized programming with three sessions per week, with two sessions supervised by CPC EDGE Coaches.
Objective: Strength Development
Provides 4 to 6 weeks of periodized programming with two sessions per week, with one session supervised by CPC EDGE Coaches.
Objective: A one-time 60 to 90 minute customizable session.
Ideal for agility, conditioning recovery, mobility, or a Bootcamp session.
