STRENGTHS

Being a former collegiate athlete and coach, I know what it takes to be successful on and off the field. I am able to take all of the knowledge I learned as an athlete and coach and incorporate it into the design of each program I create as a strength and conditioning coach.

Developing and implementing personalized programs for high school and collegiate athletes.

EXPERTISE

For me it is about the process, not just the result. There’s no better feeling than working hard to get the results you want and being satisfied with your effort. How an athlete handles being pushed to his/her limits in a workout or practice will tell you a lot about their character before they ever step onto a field.

It is awesome to watch an athlete or a team during a workout in which they gave you everything they had to get better. The fact that you can push someone to be better and make a difference in someone’s life is very gratifying.
