PHILOSOPHY

Slow progress is permanent progress. Accomplishing your goals requires changing the balance between your family, work, social life, and internal desires. My job is to make sure your workouts are as fulfilling and efficient as possible. That combo will help you minimize your time, maximize your results, and have fun along the way!

EXPERTISE

Movement pattern analysis, corrective exercise, and periodized programming. With a targeted intake process, I focus on creating training programs that improve people’s performance while decreasing their risk for injury by finding the right mix of corrective and performance-related exercises for each person.

MOTIVATION

I have two. First, I love helping people learn, improve, and succeed. Shared success is the best kind. Second, I enjoy the puzzle of wellness. Figuring out where someone needs to focus requires a mix of physiology, neurobiology, psychology, and several other areas. I will never get tired of learning how to optimize our bodies and minds.
