Mission Statement

At 18 Maple our mission is to deliver programming as unique as our athletes. We believe that no two athletes are the same and recognize that getting to the finish line with a “one size fits all” training program isn’t always the best approach. Endurance training isn’t just about putting in the time, it’s about investing in the process with well-rounded programming to ensure success when reaching for one’s aspirations.

Individual Coaching

First & Foremost, 18 Maple was created to deliver endurance programming that caters to the individual and their unique needs, wants, and aspirations.

  • Minimum of 20 week commitment
  • Prior to receiving weekly programming an in-person initial consultation will be conducted by an 18 Maple coach to develop a comprehensive and individualized plan.
  • Programming will be delivered via the online platform Training Peaks in 2 to 4 week training blocks.
  • Programming will be start within 2 week on the initial consultation to allow the 18 Maple coaching staff to create an appropriate individualized program.
  • 18 Maple coaching staff is available to their clients via email, phone, or text with unlimited weekly text and email communication. In-person meetings or training sessions outside of the pre-established meetings can be scheduled at an additional expense to the athlete.
  • Training evaluation meeting will be conducted weekly via phone or email communication as well as in-person monthly to review athlete progress, discuss training & racing strategies, diet analysis, and more.
  • 18 Maple athletes are encouraged to take advantage of the classes and personal training offered at Continuum Performance Center for their strength and conditioning needs.

  • Have questions regarding the training program you are currently working with or where to begin? The coaches of 18 Maple will sit down with you to answer your questions in a 90 minute in-person session

18 Maple Membership

This membership was designed for those endurance athletes looking for year round, affordable, training that delivers the every-day collective knowledge of the 18 Maple and Continuum Performance Center Coaches.


With this annual or bi-annual membership subscribers are provided the opportunity to take a progressive approach to endurance training that accounts for their individual training continuum without having to commit to personal coaching or training. All members must participate in at least 1 endurance event every 6 months.
