Health and movement are at the heart of everything I do. My journey began as a certified Health Coach and has grown to include herbalism, strength training, and a connection to nature. For many years, I worked one-on-one with clients, helping them make sustainable changes to improve their health and life. Over time, natural living became my passion, and I began incorporating herbs into my own life—growing my own food and medicine in a garden that has become my haven.


After completing my training as an Herbalist, I developed my own line of natural body products, guided by the belief that what you put on your body is just as important as what you put in it. Around that same time, I discovered Olympic-style weightlifting and instantly fell in love with the combination of strength, focus, and discipline it requires. I went on to earn both Level 1 and Level 2 certifications as an Olympic Weightlifting Coach and now share my love for the sport by coaching others.


My life is full—family, friends, plants, animals, and movement. Whether it’s time in my garden, a great lifting session, a powerful vinyasa yoga class, or a weekend hike, if I’m moving, I’m happy.
