Have you ever felt like you were meant to do something or almost in a way destined for it? Every day that I wake up I feel grateful knowing I get to do what I love and that passion for health and wellness goes as far back as I can remember. Starting from when I was young watching my dad lift weights in our basement, to training through high school for sports and then eventually leading me to getting my degree at Springfield College. My life has been a journey, but one thing that has been consistent throughout is living a preaching a healthy lifestyle.

High School sports is where I got my first experience helping others with form and technique correction. With only one strength coach in the room, it was hard to correct every athlete all the time, so I took the initiative to help my teammates out. At one point one of my coaches and guidance counselor asked me if I knew this was something I could do as a career and led me to the exercise science major. That brought me to Springfield College and that was the first confirmation for myself that I was going into the right field for me. The second time was my internship at a baseball facility. Being able to help athletes move better and achieve goals they never thought they could made me excited to go there every day. After graduating I got to work at that same facility for a few years and then that eventually brought me to CPC.

CPC has been everything for me and my career. It’s somewhere that I’ve been able to test myself, try things I never could see myself doing before and give me the ability to coach anyone that falls under the health and wellness umbrella. When I first started here, I thought I only wanted to work with athletes and that was it. At first that’s the opportunity that I got, but after getting the chance to work with others I’ve realized I just enjoy training people. Everyone has some type of fitness goal whether that’s trying to get better at a sport, trying to come back from an injury or just trying to make everyday life easier and I love being able to help others achieve those goals. I’m excited to see what the future holds for myself and if you’re reading this I hope we get a chance to train together someday!

Expertise

Strength and conditioning training for rotational and multi sport athletes.

Philosophy

With hard work and consistency, anyone can become a good athlete. What separates the good from the great are the ones that embrace the grind and put in the work necessary to get there.

STRENGTHS

Through my years of experience playing and coaching all different kinds of sports, I’m able to program specifically to what the athlete needs to be successful. I’ve realized that in order for an athlete to truly maximize their potential they need to push themselves harder than they thought was possible and I can help them do that.

Motivation

Sports and fitness in general have been a huge part of my life since I was very young. I’ve seen the positive impact that it’s had on my life and I love being able to help others have similar experiences.
