Nick Connell is the Director of Academy and Athletic Counseling at CPC. He is dedicated to developing athletes to becoming strong, confident, and mentally resilient. As a former college football player, Nick brings a true competitor’s mindset to his work—embracing the grind, pushing for excellence, and showing up every day with the same intensity he expects from his athletes.
Nick’s coaching philosophy centers on one powerful belief: it’s not about how you fall, it’s about how you get back up. He works to instill this mindset in every athlete, teaching them to push through adversity, build confidence, and trust in their own capabilities. His training approach blends high-level physical development with mental strengthening, ensuring each athlete grows holistically.
At the core of Nick’s motivation is his family—especially his soon-to-be daughter. She drives his commitment to be the best version of himself, to make her proud, and to live as an example that with focus, work ethic, and belief, anything is possible.
Through his leadership and competitive spirit, Nick strives to help every athlete unlock their full potential and build the confidence to chase their own dreams.

Expertise
Being able to combine physical training with mental skills training in a fun and effective way for athletes and adults to enjoy. Bringing high energy and excitement to enhance the performance of my client is a crucial piece for a positive session!
Philosophy
I believe that being open minded is a way for you to challenge yourself individually. Stepping outside of your comfort zone and taking on new skills, can result in a positive outcome. Be the person you want to be, but challenge yourself with different activities each day!
STRENGTHS
As a coach and athletic counselor, it is important to enhance an individual's skills not only physically, but also mentally. I’ve challenged myself to be able to communicate with others and assist individuals to achieve their goal.
Motivation
To witness others achieve their goals through hard work and dedication to become the best human that they can be!
