Sarah Kelly

I’ve always been in motion. As a kid, it meant chasing my siblings through the house. As a teenager, it meant three sports in high school and collegiate competition. And as an adult, it became a decorated multi-sport career and a life devoted to helping others move with strength, confidence, and freedom. I believe movement is power. Movement is medicine. Movement is freedom. My mission is to empower movement that transforms—movement that makes you feel strong and capable, that eases pain, that returns you to the activities that make you feel like yourself, and that gives you a moment to breathe and just be.

I’ve built my career on my experience as an athlete, my training in exercise science, and 12 years of collegiate coaching and performance leadership. Along the way, I’ve focused on understanding what allows people to thrive—whether helping athletes of all ages improve performance, guiding individuals safely back to activity after injury, or supporting women through programs centered on health and wellness. My work helps people reconnect with their strength, trust their bodies, and experience the confidence, power, and freedom that movement can bring.

Expertise

Multisport & Endurance, Functional Training and movement.

Philosophy

The "uncomfortable" is what makes you better. It's hard to get there without someone or something pushing you. Always have a reason to get to that place – even if for no other reason than to say you did!

STRENGTHS

I'm a coach, strength and conditioning specialist, and seasoned triathlete. I've learned throughout both my career as an athlete and as a coach that every athlete is unique and needs to be trained that way.

Motivation

As an athlete, the world of sport and fitness has taken me many places and provided me with many incredible opportunities. I couldn't think of a better way to spend my professional career than providing the same opportunities to individuals I work with.
