Continuum Performance Center designs group programming for active individuals ready to work, complementing our personal coaching with structured classes that build total strength and performance. These sessions emphasize accountability and challenge participants to push beyond their comfort zones.
All group sessions require a committed attitude, with durations typically 60-75 minutes. Pricing is based on frequency—perfect for building confidence and drive alongside one-on-one or partner coaching.

How are your classes different from typical fitness classes?
We don’t chase exhaustion for the sake of it. Our classes are built with intention. Meaning there’s a reason behind what you’re doing, how it’s sequenced, and how it progresses over time. You’ll still work hard, but it won’t feel random or chaotic.Do you offer modifications for injuries or limitations?
We do our best to always provide thoughtful options within the class setting.Will I be able to keep up if I’m new or getting back into things?
Yes. Every class includes options and adjustments so you can work at the level that’s appropriate for you. You’re not expected to “keep up”. You’re expected to stay engaged and move well. That’s where real progress starts.What if I’m more experienced or want to be challenged?
We stand by the intensity is intrinsic. It is our job to challenge you and elicit the best response for you through our cues and how we layer progressions into our classes so that as your capacity improves, the training can evolve with you without losing the integrity of the movement.What are Group Classes like at CPC?
