Semi-Private Coaching
With expert coaching and a small-group format, Semi-Private Coaching helps you build strength, improve movement, and stay consistent over time

Semi-Private Coaching at CPC combines personalized coaching with the energy of a small group training environment. In groups of 2 to 4 people, each client follows a structured program built around a shared goal while still receiving hands-on coaching, exercise adjustments, and individual guidance throughout each session. It offers the benefits of personal training in a more cost-effective and supportive setting.

Unlike a traditional group fitness class, Semi-Private Coaching is built around progress, not just the workout of the day. This approach works well for people who want structure, accountability, and flexibility, including those managing injuries or movement limitations. With expert coaching and a small-group format, Semi-Private Coaching helps you build strength, improve movement, and stay consistent over time

FAQs

  • How do I get started?
Just like everything at CPC, it starts with a conversation. We’ll learn more about you and determine if Semi-Private is the right fit or if another path would serve you better.
  • Is this a good option if I’m dealing with injuries or limitations?
Absolutely. Because your program is small, we can work around injuries, respect limitations, and still move you forward. This is one of the reasons many people choose Semi-Private. It gives them flexibility without losing structure.
  • Will I still get individual attention?
Yes. Coaching is still very hands-on. We intentionally keep the group small so we can coach, adjust, and guide each person throughout the session. You’re never just “working out”—you’re being coached.
  • Is there still a sense of community?
Yes, and it tends to happen naturally.
  • What are the benefits of Semi-Private vs Personal Coaching?
You still get a personalized plan and coaching support, but in a more cost-effective and slightly more social environment. For many, it’s the sweet spot between structure, accountability, and sustainability.
  • How is this different from a group class?
In a group class, everyone follows the structure set by the coach that day. In Semi-Private Coaching, everything is still built specifically for a shared goal. Your program, your progressions, your needs. It’s personal coaching, just in a shared environment.
  • What is Semi-Private Coaching?
Semi-Private Coaching is a small group setting (typically 2–4 people) where each person follows a single program under the guidance of a coach.
  • What if I need more individual support at some point?
We can always adjust. Some clients move between Semi-Private and Personal Coaching depending on what they need at a given time. Our goal is to meet you where you are—not locked into one path.
  • How many times per week should I attend?
2 times per week. We’ll help you find a group time that supports your rhythm and progress without overwhelming your life.
