Personal Coaching
1:1 strategy for your goals. Custom movement, nutrition, and accountability to unlock your best.

Personal Coaching at CPC is a highly individualized coaching service designed around your body, your goals, and your starting point. Unlike typical personal training, our approach focuses on a long-term process—not just the workout in front of you. Whether your goal is pain reduction, strength building, fat loss, improved movement, post-rehab support, or long-term health, we create a plan that fits your needs and evolves with your progress.

This is personal training with more intention, more guidance, and more attention to what actually works over time. If you’re dealing with past injuries, chronic pain, deconditioning, or simply want a smarter path forward, Personal Coaching gives you expert support, structured sessions, and a clear plan built for sustainable results.

FAQs

  • What if I've had injuries or chronic pain?
You're in the right place. A large part of our work is helping people bridge the gap between rehab and real life. We respect your history, but we don't let it define your future. Progress is always possible—it just needs the right approach.
  • What is Personal Coaching at CPC?
Personal Coaching is our most individualized service. Every session is designed specifically for you—your goals, your history, your current capacity, and where you're trying to go. This isn't a template or a rotating workout. It's a coached process built with intention.
  • How long before I start seeing results?
Most people feel something early—better movement, less discomfort, more confidence. Meaningful, lasting change takes time. We're not chasing quick fixes; we're building something that holds up months and years down the line.
  • How is Personal Coaching different from personal training at a typical gym?
Most personal training focuses on the session. We focus on the process. At CPC, we're not just asking "what are we doing today?"—we're asking "what does this person need over the next 3–6 months to move better, feel better, and perform better?" It's a slower, more thoughtful approach—but it's also what leads to lasting results.
  • Will I get a program to follow outside of sessions?
In many cases, yes. If it supports your progress, we'll give you clear direction for what to do outside of your sessions. But we're intentional here—more isn't always better. Everything we give you has a purpose.
  • What's expected of me as a client?
Consistency, communication, and a willingness to stay engaged in the process. You don't need to be perfect, but you do need to be invested. The best results come from a true coaching partnership.
  • How do I get started?
Everything begins with a conversation and a few screenings. We'll learn about you, your goals, and your history, and then map out the best path forward. No pressure—just clarity and trust.
  • What kinds of goals do you typically work with?
We see a wide range: pain reduction, strength development, fat loss, post-rehab transitions, and general longevity. What matters most to us isn't the category—it's building a plan that actually respects your body and your timeline.
  • Is Personal Coaching right for me, or is it too advanced?
Personal Coaching meets you where you are. Whether you're returning from injury, feeling deconditioned, or looking to push performance, the program is built around your starting point. If anything, this is the least intimidating place to begin because nothing is left to guesswork.
  • How often should I come in?
That depends on your goals, schedule, and current capacity. Most clients start with 2 sessions per week. We'll guide that decision together. The goal isn't to do more—it's to do what's appropriate and sustainable.
