Recovery
Recovery Services give you targeted support and practical strategies to help you feel and perform better.

Recovery Services at CPC are designed to help your body recover, move better, and handle the demands of training and daily life more effectively. Rather than focusing only on short-term relief, our approach supports better movement, less discomfort, and improved recovery over time. Through services like Sport & Recovery Massage, assisted stretching, myofascial compression techniques, Stick Mobility protocols, and recovery boots, we help address stiffness, tension, and the physical stress that can limit progress.

This is recovery work with more purpose, more guidance, and more attention to how your body actually functions. If you’re dealing with tightness, restricted mobility, nagging discomfort, or feel like your body is not responding the way it should, Recovery Services give you targeted support and practical strategies to help you feel and perform better.

FAQs

  • What do you mean by “Recovery Services” at CPC?
Recovery at CPC is about supporting your body so you can continue to train, move, and live well. It’s not just about feeling good in the moment, it’s about improving how your body responds to stress, reduces discomfort, and maintains progress over time. We utilize Myofascial compression techniques (foam rolling with intention), Stick Mobility protocols, and NormaTec recovery boots.
  • How are these services different from what I can do on my own?
You can (and should) do things on your own, but there’s value in having a trained professional assess and guide the process.
  • How do I know if I need recovery work?
If you’re dealing with stiffness, nagging discomfort, limited range of motion, or just feel like your body isn’t responding the way it should, recovery work can help. For many people, it’s the missing piece between “I’m doing the right things” and “I’m actually feeling better.”
  • What is The Stretch Solution?
The Stretch Solution, led by Caitlin Lavin, is a guided, one-on-one assisted stretching session designed to improve mobility and help your body move more freely. It’s especially helpful if you feel “tight” but aren’t sure how to address it or if stretching on your own hasn’t been effective.
  • What is Sport & Recovery Massage, and who is it for?
Sport & Recovery Massage, led by Julio, is focused, intentional bodywork designed to reduce tension, improve tissue quality, and support movement. This isn’t a spa experience—it’s targeted work for people who want their body to function better, not just relax for an hour.
