Should you be taking a calcium supplement?

Do: Know that the best form of calcium is through your food and no, NOT DAIRY. The human body needs a substantial amount of calcium everyday to complete all of our processes. In order to manage this you need an active lifestyle to continue to properly deposit calcium and thus remain with a healthy bone density throughout your adult life.

Don’t: Take yourself off of a Dr’s prescribed treatment plan, but don’t ONLY do that. Add resistance training to your lifestyle and EAT YOUR GREEN VEGETABLES. Think about some of the largest mammals on the planet they’re herbivores and are constantly moving.
