What is your goal when you exercise?

What is your goal when you exercise?
Do you have a goal when you workout?

Do: Understand that movement is a celebration and you do NOT have to be on some crazy training structure. We do want you to move in some capacity everyday and it should be what you’re in the mood for and what will serve your body on THAT day. Some days you’ll be faster, more mobile, a little bit stronger while others you’ll feel tight and lethargic. All are ok!

Don’t: Take on random if you’re serious about achieving something. If you want to get stronger, train for strength. If you want to run a certain distance, follow a progressive training plan. If you want to become more mobile, be very diligent about your stretching and water intake.

Not everyone who exercises needs to have a goal but if you do, you need a plan. We’re here to help, either option! Have, celebrate movement and do it with some friends. It’s more fun that way.
