How Do You Recover?
Adequate recovery is SUPER important - and it can look like a lot of different things. So, how will you choose to recover?

Do: Know that recovery is for everyone. As Human Beings we cannot push day in and day out and expect great results OR to avoid illness. Taking time to down regulate and “fill your own cup” is of critical importance in your overall wellness journey.

Don’t: Force something on yourself. There are so many things that will aid in your betterment but if you have to “force” yourself to do it than it is providing stress yet again. Allow yourself to try on different things and find the thing that you look forward to and works!
