Do: Focus on brining organic foods into your diet that have a variety of colors and tastes. The crazy thing is that the average adult human only eats within TWENTY of the SAME FOODS all the time. We need to focus on bringing a wider variety of foods into our system and allow our body to choose what to keep and what to pass.

Don’t: Ignore cravings. They are such a powerful tool that our bodies use to provide us guidance. Use the power of the web to search what that particular food might be “high in” and make healthy choices based off of that information.

Our wellness needs to remain of the UTMOST priority in our DAILY lives. STAY IN THE WORK and you’re more likely to stay out of the Dr’s office.
