How often should you change your programming
It’s necessary to constantly change your workouts…

BULLS\*\*T!

Do: Know that it’s ok to exercise daily/move everyday. If you’re an individual that loves variety, not knowing what's gonna happen during a class and thrives off of randomization... Keep going! We love that fact that you’re moving and found something you enjoy. Go on with yourself, badass.

Don’t: Feel that you have to constantly mix things up to get benefits OR do this to achieve a target. If you want to increase your strength, Put on some muscle size, Push your cardiovascular fitness in a specific event/distance... You need a plan. This plan needs to be thought out and have progressive changes over a few weeks. Will your body change with random sh\*t but consistent movement? Yes. Will you achieve what you could on a training plan? No.

Not everyone needs to be on a training plan but we all owe it to each other to move. We have to exercise! We don’t move enough in our activities of daily living not to deliberately set aside time for this.
