Forced Repetitions
There’s a BIG difference between a forced rep and a cheated rep. We’re huge fans of forced reps! How do you know the difference? Check out some tips in today’s video.

Do: Allow yourself to struggle and fight for the added reps at the end of a set. A little bit of momentum or a slight bounce isn’t going to destroy your soft tissue or cause early knee replacements. Be mindful of what working muscle groups you are trying to target and never have an abandonment of bracing/core control.

Don’t: Feel that every single rep has to be a perfect shining example of what you’ve seen online, in a magazine or demonstrated in person. Change is hard and fitness is gritty. Know your movement pattern expectations and go get it!
