TRX: Putting Your Toes In & Heels
Today’s Common Fault is all about the EASIEST way to get your toes and heels into the TRX suspension trainer.

Do: Play around with the mechanics of this to get better and better. Keeping tension on the straps via the foot cradles is essential for this remaining easy for you.

Don’t: make this harder than it needs to be. Really attempt to place both feet into the cradles simultaneously. This will help prevent “sawing” of the straps and allow them to remain at equal length.
