An exercise that literally everyone should be doing, every single day.

Do: There are so many reasons WHY this exercise is for you and no one wants to read that much. It’s quick, always accessible and safe to do everyday. Consistently adding this movement to your day will have tremendous ROI.

Don’t: Get frustrated with it. This movement will be irritatingly difficult AND you may feel really good about it one day and then awful the next. The most important thing to do is to remain consistent with it and not rush the progressions. The point is not to rush to the hardest progression but to master the one in which you’re successful.

note: There may be a discrepancy between your two sides. That is normal. The goal is to work to make them as symmetrical as possible.
