If you train with us at the facility, chances are, you’ve used AT LEAST one of these tools when warming up, cooling down, or anywhere in between. And there are reasons for it, because this stuff works! There are a ton of options, so which one should you use?!

Do: Understand that there are a variety of different tools available to properly aid in feeling and moving your best. We have SO MANY different styles and instruments to help navigate your muscle tissue and feel your best self.

Don’t: Think that you need to use the “perfect MCT instrument” everytime. Spending time decompressing muscle fascia is amazing for you. If you’re feeling the desire to roll out, please do! The benefits will always be there for you.
